God Tussi Great Ho is about the life of a guy who has got suicidal tendencies. His life is completely changed by a mysterious man claiming to be the messenger of God. All his efforts of committing a suicide go in vain as they are blocked by the god’s messenger. He further takes the guy with suicidal tendencies along with his friend on amusing roller coaster ride for solving all conflicts faced by the main protagonist. So that he will not think about committing suicide any more.
