Set in the early 1900s, Chaturanga is based on Rabindranath Tagore’s novel, and revolves around a man’s quest for the truth, and borders on issues of morality. Sachish is in a quest to find the meaning of life. However, his search leads him to more disillusion, until he can take it no more. The presence of two women in his life make his journey difficult, since he believes that he is responsible for their wellbeing.
