When a gang of five robbers outsmarts the Hong Kong police department, public opinion of the HKPD reaches an all time low. Determined to catch the offenders, the department is delighted when Detective Cheung accidently stumbles upon the robbers and Inspector Rebecca turns the live encounter into breaking news. But the live coverage is anything but helpful especially when there are hostages to consider and the possibility of another gang on the premises.
