1) Chandni Chowk to China Contest is valid only on www.bookmyshow.com.
2) The contest is valid from 29th Dec’08 – 16th Jan’09.
3) Contest: Book tickets for Chandni Chowk to China and WIN a trip from Chandni Chowk to China.
4) Yatra.com is the official travel partner for the contest.
5) Airfare, Bed and Breakfast cost for 2 days (for 2 couples) will be borne by Yatra.com.
6) Winners will have to bear the cost of taxes and visa.
7) Winners will be selected by a lucky draw.
8) Winners will be notified via email/phone by Bookmyshow
9) Multiple entries would be considered as disqualified.
10) Yatra.com and Bookmyshow is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the benefits/services. In case of any dispute between winner and Hotel/Airline services the case will be resolved between winner and service provider.
11) Bigtree reserves the right to disqualify any contestant from the benefits of the Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified to be carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
12) Bigtree reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
13) Bigtree also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
14) Bigtree reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar to this Program or not or to withdraw it altogether.

16) Incase of any disputes, Bigtree's decision will be final.
