Directed by Ritesh Sinha and Jiten Bhuta, the play is based on Jataka Tales. Envious of Buddha’s popularity and mass following, a local Brahmin community tries to implicate him in an affair by sending a beautiful woman to entice him. But when the plan fails, they murder the woman and put the blame on Buddha. Satyamev Jayate sends out a message, “Truth Always Triumphs”.
